Seventeen years of experience in strategic planning, identification, implementation and evaluation of development and humanitarian programs in Latin America, Africa and Asia. She has worked as a consultant and within several human rights and development NGOs, as well as an adviser for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
