Professional Trainer and Advisor on Participatory Methodology for International Masters and Ngo’s. Research experience in the area of natural resources management and climate change among indigenous people in Bolivia and Bangladesh; related publications and participation to international seminars on Community Based Natural Resources Management, Climate Change Adaptation, Agro-ecology.
Experiences as environmental/ development educator in Bolivia, Malta, Italy. Project management and evaluation: experience at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and as Assistant Country Coordinator for an Italian NGO in Bolivia, consultant as external evaluator in Morocco Experiences in Human Resources Management for NGOs in Bolivia, India and Italy. Research experience on performance as instrument of social action in Cuba. Management of cultural initiatives at the European Parliament and different NGOs. Several volunteer activities in NGOs in different countries: Brazil, Cabo Verde, Senegal, Guatemala.
